1. Download App & Pair up devices
Download Tuya Smart or Smart Life mobile App, register account, pair up smart Wi-Fi devices（make sure Wi-Fi device and PC are under same local network）
2. Download software & Purchase service
Download Razer Synapse 3 software and Tuya Connector, follow the instruction to login account and purchase service

FAQ
Why can't I login Tuya Connector successfully?
1. Please make sure you are using Tuya Smart or Smart Life mobile App.
2. Please make sure you have selected the correct login area corresponding to your account registration area. Currently we support login area of China, America and India.
3. Please try to reboot the mobile App and rescan QR code to login.
Why can't my devices shown in Tuya Connector？
1. Please make sure your smart devices are already paired up in Tuya Smart or Smart Life mobile App.
2. Please make sure your devices support Razer Chroma™ function, you may contact with the supplier for further information.
Why do the devices show offline in Tuya Connector?
1. Please make sure the devices are paired up under 2.4G Wi-Fi, and connected to the same local network with PC. If your PC is using wired network, make sure it connects to the same router as the devices connect to, you may try to restart the router.
2. If you are using both LAN and Wi-Fi network connection at the same time, please make sure that one of the network connection is disabled, leave the other one enabled and reboot software.
Why can't my devices synchronize with Chroma effect?
1. Make sure that your PC operation system is Win10 or Win 11.
2. Try to reboot Razer Synapse and Tuya Connector, make sure Razer Chroma™ function in both softwares is enabled.
3. Please check your network property, set the Network Profile Type to ‘Private’ instead of 'Public'.
4. Please disable Windows Defender Firewall.
Why do my devices act abnormally when using Razer function?
1. Try to reboot Razer Synapse and Tuya Connector softwares.
2. Make sure you have enabled Tuya Connector in Razer Synapse.
3. Make sure you have enabled Razer Chroma functionality in Tuya Connector.
Other problem possibilities
1. Make sure the blocking function of the router is disabled and make sure the multicast function of the router is enabled. You may try to restore the router to factory setting and reconnect.
2. If there are any virtual network adapters, forbid them temporarily and restart the computer.
