Tuya Smart (NYSE: TUYA, HKEX: 2391), a global IoT development platform service provider, announced that EPS-Connect International Zrt. (EPS-Connect) has become an Authorized Service Provider for Tuya Residential and Hospitality. Together, the companies will provide software services to real estate customers and create a closed-loop business for pre-sales, sales and after-sales of Tuya-enabled hardware.

The signing ceremony featured representatives from Tuya Smart, Yan Xia, the Head of International Business for Tuya Residential SaaS and Tuya Hospitality SaaS, Henry, the Regional Business Director of Europe, and representatives from EPS-Connect, Erika Hackenberger, the CEO, Péter Ecsedi, the Innovation Director, Balázs Katona, the Head of Marketing and Patrik Bársony, the Business Operation Manager.

Starting their partnership in 2020, EPS-Connect has started to bring the IoT device powered by Tuya to its service packages.

After becoming Tuya Residential and Hospitality Hardware Authorized Regional Cooperator, EPS-Connect will reduce its procurement cost of industrial 2B hardware and manage its supply chain in an efficient way. Both companies will work closely to provide local real estate customers with installing new hardware and software that will help them quickly improve their performance.

Meanwhile, based on Tuya’s SaaS capabilities and international experience, Tuya will enable EPS-Connect to better manage its supply chain of 2B products, from product selection to after-sales service, so that the company can focus more on its expansion plans into new markets, including hotels, bnbs and other short-term rental businesses.
